SPECIFICATIONS
Fire

 Two delivery outlets with the capability of 440 L/min each.

 Class A and B foam induction equipment.

Approx. 740 litres of water.

 Four fire crew. Driver and officer in cab and two fire crew in the medical compartment. Note: three seats will be provided in the medical compartment.

 Approx. 800kg of fire-fighting equipment. This will be similar to the equipment currently carried on an NZFS Type 1 fire appliance.

 

Ambulance

 Medical compartment at rear of the vehicle.

Single stretcher (St John standard) stowed longitudinally down one side of the compartment.

 Two crew seats with three-point seatbelts positioned opposite stretcher. This will be the normal seating position of the third and fourth crew members.

 One crew seat with three-point seatbelt positioned at the head of the stretcher. This is for patient airway care if required.

 Opening window in the sides of the compartment with emergency exit capability.

 Storage for equipment required by first responders (i.e. First Responder kit, AED, oxygen, scoop stretcher and collars).
